Buy a new PC with Windows 10 installed
When you buy a PC, which has Windows 10 installed already, it would have a license key available on the UEFI firmware. You don’t need to enter the license key when reinstalling Windows 10, because the PC manufacturer paid for the license. Windows installer will extract the key from a chip on the motherboard.
Buy a Windows 10 license

Step 1: Connect the Windows 10 installation media.
Windows 10 installation file should be loaded into a disc or a flash drive. After that, insert the installation file into the computer.
Step 2: Go to the start menu.
You can do this by pressing the Windows key on the keyboard, or by clicking on the Windows icon available on the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 3: Click on the Power button.

Step 5: Enter into the setup mode.

Step 1: Click ‘Next.’
